This was my second session with this little family. The first was a maternity session just before Violet was born. They all have such strikingly beautiful eyes…they just jump out at you and make for the most amazing portraits. I love to see the transition from nervous parents-to-be, to capable hands on mom and dad.
I’m so excited to share this feature that I just finished for NAPCP! It’s a very personal look at a typical day in my work and family life, and the never ending struggle to balance it all. Hope you enjoy :0)
I’ve always loved twins… I wanted to be one, I wanted to have them, two of my best friends are twins, my husband’s mother was a twin, etc. I’ve just always had a connection to them, and I love photographing them These girls kept me on my toes, and their mom and dad were exhausted by the end of the session… but I think they’d agree it was well worth it for these gorgeous memories!
I’ve been photographing this gorgeous family since their first daughter was still in her mama’s tummy, and through each stage in between. When they at last got their BOY we were all thrilled that their family was complete!! So happy for all of them :0)
So thrilled to place 2nd in the NAPCP International Image competition!! A huge thank you to all of the amazing judges!
It’s been a very exciting summer here at Stephanie Neal Photography! We were absolutely thrilled to be named “Best Family Photographer” in all of Utah in Salt Lake Magazine’s annual Best of the Beehive issue!!!
It’s a huge honor to be chosen from so many talented photographers in our state! It’s brought a lot of exposure to our little boutique studio, and with it some exciting (and somewhat terrifying) opportunities like live tv! I made an appearance on Good Things Utah a few weeks ago to talk about the award, and gave some pointers to mom’s trying to take better photos of their own kids. It was a little nerve wracking, but everyone there was great, and made me feel much more comfortable being on the other side of the camera ;0)
These are some of my favorite people! I’ve known Wes and Sarah for over 15 years. When they started procreating I could not have been more thrilled, not only because they are such a fun, awesome couple, but because I get to document their growing family at every stage! After this shoot of their new baby Walker we all felt like we’d run a marathon, but the final images are so beautiful it makes you forget all the blood (not really) sweat and tears involved in their creation
